§ 16-8. Omgjøring av selskapets eiendeler til penger
Selskapets eiendeler skal omgjøres i penger så langt dette er nødvendig for å dekke dets forpliktelser. For øvrig skal eiendelene omgjøres i penger med mindre aksjeeierne er enige om naturalutdeling.
