§ 13-8. Vedlegg til fusjonsplanen
Som vedlegg til fusjonsplanen skal følge:
det overtakende selskapets vedtekter;
siste årsregnskap, årsberetning og revisjonsberetning for de selskapene som deltar i fusjonen.
