§ 13-22. Selskapets ansvar
Når generalforsamlingens beslutning kjennes ugyldig, hefter selskapet solidarisk med de øvrige selskaper som deltar i fusjonen, for de forpliktelser som er oppstått etter at virkningene av fusjonen skulle ha inntrådt, men før kunngjøringen av dommen etter § 13-21 annet ledd.
