§ 11-4. Aksjeeiernes fortrinnsrett
Aksjeeierne har fortrinnsrett til tegning av lån som nevnt i § 11-1. Bestemmelsene i §§ 10-4 og 10-5 gjelder tilsvarende. § 10-4 gjelder likevel ikke for aksjer som utstedes på grunnlag av tegningsretten.
