§ 10-21. Forslag om fondsemisjon
Styret skal utarbeide forslag til beslutning om fondsemisjon samt forslag til de vedtektsendringer som er påkrevd. Forslaget skal begrunnes. § 10-3 gjelder tilsvarende.
