What is an appropriate registered office address in the UK?
The address must be one where a document delivered there would come to the attention of a person acting for the company, and where delivery can be recorded by an acknowledgement. A PO box alone no longer satisfies the test. Companies House can change the address of a company that does not have an appropriate one and can ultimately strike the company off.
