Hyresnämndsmål
Hyresnämndsmål. I mål angående förlängning av hyresavtal har hovrätten funnit att en person som dömts till långvarigt frihetsstraff har behov av sin lägenhet under permissioner och därefter vid frigivandet. Med hänsyn härtill har den dömdes intresse av att få behålla hyresrätten ansetts väga tyngre än hyresvärdens önskan att få lägenheten friställd för att kunna lämna den till bostadsförmedlingen.
