What are the illegal content duties under the Online Safety Act?

A user-to-user service must complete an illegal content risk assessment, put in place proportionate systems to prevent users encountering priority illegal content, minimise the time such content is present and take it down swiftly once aware of it. The duties cover terrorism, child sexual abuse material, fraud, and a list of further priority offences. Terms of service must state how users are protected and be applied consistently.
