Which organisations must publish a modern slavery statement?

A commercial organisation that supplies goods or services, carries on any part of its business in the United Kingdom and has a total turnover of £36 million or more must publish a slavery and human trafficking statement for each financial year. The statement sets out the steps taken to ensure slavery and trafficking are not taking place in its business or supply chains, or states that no such steps were taken. It must be approved by the board and signed by a director, and published on the organisation's website with a link in a prominent place on the homepage.
