Hyresnämndsmål. En hyresgästförening har yrkat att en förhandlingsordning ska tecknas med hyresvärden för en fastighet med endast fyra bostadslägenheter. Tre av hyresgästerna har ställt sig bakom förslaget. Hovrätten har funnit att varken förarbetena till hyresförhandlingslagen eller praxis ger stöd för att prövningsfastigheten måste innehålla ett minsta antal lägenheter för att det ska komma i fråga att fastsälla en förhandlingsordning.
