Återbetalning av djurbidrag

Återbetalning av djurbidrag. Enligt förordningen (1989:896) om vissa bidrag till jordbruksföretag utgick s.k. djurbidrag på grundval av uppgifter om djurinnehav som jordbruksföretaget tidigare lämnat till Statistiska Centralbyråns lantbruksregister. Enligt Jordbruksverkets härtill utfärdade föreskrifter gällde som villkor för bidrag bl.a. att jordbruksföretaget på begäran skulle styrka uppgifterna. - Underlåtenhet att inkomma med begärda handlingar som styrkte djurinnehavet har inte ansetts visa att bidrag betalats ut felaktigt eller att bidragstagaren lämnat oriktig eller vilseledande uppgift. Tillräcklig grund att ålägga bidragstagaren återbetalningsskyldighet har därför inte ansetts föreligga.
