Arbetstagarorganisationen Blå-Gul fackförening har väckt talan mot Elektrikerförbundet och bl.a. yrkat allmänt skadestånd. Blå-Gul fackförening har gjort gällande att Elektrikerförbundet vidtagit en olovlig stridsåtgärd enligt 41 d § medbestämmandelagen genom att kräva att en arbetsgivare, som var bunden av kollektivavtal med Blå-Gul fackföreningen, skulle teckna och tillämpa Elektrikerförbundets kollektivavtal på ett sådant sätt att det tränger undan arbetsgivarens befintliga kollektivavtal med Blå-Gul fackförening. Arbetsdomstolen har funnit att arbetstvistlagen är tillämplig och att Blå-Gul fackförenings talan är uppenbart ogrundad och har därför meddelat dom utan att utfärda stämning.
