How long is the right of withdrawal for online purchases in the EU?
For distance and off-premises purchases the consumer has a 14-day right of withdrawal without giving any reason. For goods the period runs from delivery. The trader must refund within 14 days. If information about the right of withdrawal is missing, the period is extended by up to twelve months.
