Which businesses have producer duties under California SB 54 packaging EPR?

A producer of covered single-use packaging or plastic food-service ware offered for sale, sold, distributed or imported in California must participate in the approved producer responsibility organization unless a statutory exception applies. Covered producers fund collection and recycling, report data and work toward source-reduction, recycling and compostability requirements under CalRecycle's program.
