- Paragraph 1 applies. 1. Member States shall communicate to the Commission, not later than two years after the adoption of the implementing act referred to in paragraph 2 and every year thereafter, data concerning the application of this Regulation.
- Paragraph 2 applies. Following the communication from the Member States, the Commission shall draw up annually a summary report and make it available to the public.
- Paragraph 3 applies. 2. The Commission shall, by means of implementing acts, determine the output indicators on the basis of which Member States are to communicate the data referred to in paragraph 1 of this Article. Those implementing acts shall be adopted in accordance with the examination procedure referred to in Article 46(3).
