1. Hvis: employees >= 250

   A record of processing is required

   Undertakings with 250 employees or more shall maintain a record with the content in Article 30(1).

2. Hvis: regular_systematic = true

   A record is required despite the size

   The exemption below 250 employees does not apply where the processing is not occasional, may result in a risk or covers special categories.

   The exemption may apply

   Below 250 employees and occasional processing without special categories: no record is required under Article 30(5).
