- Paragraph 2 applies. 2. It shall apply from 12 July 2023.
- Paragraph 3 applies. 3. By way of derogation from paragraph 2 of this Article, Articles 47 and 48 shall apply from 11 January 2023 and Article 14(5), (6) and (7) shall apply from 12 January 2024.
