The Commission may set out, by means of an implementing act, the format for the establishment and communication of the Member States’ lists of prominent public functions pursuant to paragraph 1.    4. The Commission shall draw up and keep up-to-date the list of the exact functions which qualify as prominent public functions at the level of the Union.
