- Paragraph 1 applies. Electronic health data access services referred to in Article 4 shall enable natural persons to easily request online the rectification of their personal electronic health data in accordance with Article 16 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679. Where appropriate, the controller shall verify with a relevant health professional the accuracy of the information provided in the request.
- Paragraph 2 applies. Member States may also enable natural persons to exercise online other rights pursuant to Chapter III of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 through electronic health data access services.
