Those implementing acts shall be adopted in accordance with the advisory procedure referred to in Article 88.
  5. 54. The Commission shall adopt delegated acts, in accordance with Article 87, laying down the detailed methodology and procedures for:

  7. 7the determination of the estimated costs referred to in paragraph 2;
  8. 8(b)
  9. 9the determination of the individual annual supervisory fees referred to in paragraph 5, points (b) and (c);
  10. 10(c)
  11. 11the determination of the maximum overall limit defined in paragraph 5, point (c); and
  12. 12(d)
  13. 13the detailed arrangements necessary to make payments.
  14. 14When adopting those delegated acts, the Commission shall respect the principles set out in paragraph 5 of this Article.
