What has to be done
- Label the fibre composition to the Textile Labelling Regulation, using the prescribed names and the language of the Member State of sale.
- Screen dyes, azo colourants, chromium VI and per- and polyfluorinated substances against the REACH restrictions before production, not at inspection.
- Appoint the EU responsible person and put the traceability elements on the article, as GPSR requires for consumer goods.
