Decision Intelligence Layer: answers, risks and agents for the US and EU
NovaCopilot now publishes Answer Objects, Risk Objects, Agent Objects and Case Kits for the US and the EU. Each object answers seven questions: what applies, what must I do, when is the deadline, what is the risk, what happens if I do not act, which exceptions exist and why.
Every object is a complete decision package of at most 300 tokens with source, read date, version and sha256. Missing evidence is marked not_in_register, never guessed. The EU answers on GDPR, NIS2, DORA and the AI Act are available in Swedish, English, Norwegian and German, with the same hash in every language.
Fixed copies answer in about 0.1 seconds, so AI assistants and search engines can cite a verified answer without reading full documents or running their own retrieval.
