SFS 2014:424"},"label":"18 §","heading":null,"chapter":null,"in_force_from":null,"in_force_until":null,"text":"En arbetstagare, som under ett semesterår har rätt till mer än tjugo semesterdagar med lön, får spara en eller flera sådana överskjutande dagar till ett senare semesterår.\n\nEn sparad semesterdag ska läggas ut inom fem år från utgången av det semesterår då den sparades, om inte annat följer av 20 § andra stycket.\n\nSemesterdagar får inte sparas under ett semesterår då arbetstagaren får ut semesterdagar, som har sparats från tidigare år.
