SFS 2026:1442"},"label":"26 kap. 20 §","heading":null,"chapter":"26","in_force_from":null,"in_force_until":null,"text":"Om en miljöfarlig verksamhet omfattas av tillståndsplikt enligt föreskrifter som har meddelats med stöd av 9 kap. 6 § eller enligt ett föreläggande som har beslutats enligt 9 kap. 6 a §, ska verksamhetsutövaren varje år lämna en miljörapport till den tillsynsmyndighet som utövar tillsynen över verksamheten. I miljörapporten ska redovisas de åtgärder som har vidtagits för att uppfylla villkoren i det tillstånd som gäller för verksamheten och resultaten av åtgärderna.
