SFS 2026:1025"},"label":"7 kap. 7 §","heading":null,"chapter":"7","in_force_from":null,"in_force_until":null,"text":"Om den som levererar varor eller tillhandahåller tjänster får ersättning helt eller delvis för en beställd vara eller tjänst före den tidpunkt som avses i 4 §, inträffar den beskattningsgrundande händelsen när ersättningen inflyter kontant eller på annat sätt kommer den som levererar varan eller tillhandahåller tjänsten till godo.
