SFS 2026:1025"},"label":"6 kap. 30 §","heading":null,"chapter":"6","in_force_from":null,"in_force_until":null,"text":"Ett unionsinternt förvärv är gjort inom landet även om varan inte finns i Sverige när försändningen eller transporten till förvärvaren avslutas, om\n\n1. det är ett sådant förvärv som avses i 3 kap. 1 § 2,\n\n2. förvärvaren är registrerad för mervärdesskatt här i landet och har angett sitt svenska registreringsnummer för mervärdesskatt vid förvärvet, och\n\n3. förvärvaren inte visar att förvärvet varit föremål för mervärdesskatt i det EU-land där försändningen eller transporten till förvärvaren avslutats.\n\nI 7 kap. 47 § finns bestämmelser om hur utgående skatt för sådana förvärv som avses i första stycket ska återfås, i de fall förvärvet har varit föremål för mervärdesskatt i ett annat EU-land efter det att förvärvaren har redovisat förvärvet i sin mervärdesskattedeklaration här i landet.","sha256":"6efb0e5f3aa4cbd6c17e1e3b33d550240f4d09b732d3ef54e6bb2880829dcc36","hash_input":"sha256 över fältet text i UTF-8","verified":true,"url":"https://legal.exploreworldai.com/lagtext/se/mervardesskattelagen/6-kap-30","answers_from_here":{"note":"Ready answers built on this material.
