SFS 2026:1025"},"label":"18 kap. 29 §","heading":null,"chapter":"18","in_force_from":null,"in_force_until":null,"text":"Om den beskattningsbara personen vill tillämpa undantag från skatteplikt i fler EU-länder än de som angetts i förhandsanmälan, ska den beskattningsbara personen uppdatera sin förhandsanmälan på elektronisk väg.\n\nUppdateringen ska innehålla identifieringsnumret för den beskattnings-bara personen och den information som anges i 25 och 26 §§, om inte informationen framgår av en särskild sammanställning.\n\nSkatteverket ska efter en sådan uppdatering fatta ett identifieringsbeslut för varje EU-land som uppdateringen avser.
