SFS 2026:1025"},"label":"12 kap. 11 §","heading":null,"chapter":"12","in_force_from":null,"in_force_until":null,"text":"En faktura som avses i 8 § ska ha utfärdats senast sex månader från den första dagen i den uthyrningsperiod eller upplåtelseperiod som fakturan avser.\n\nEn fastighetsuthyrning eller bostadsrättsupplåtelse ska inte anses ha omfattats av frivillig beskattning enligt 8 § om hela skattebeloppet sätts ned genom en handling eller ett meddelande som avses i 17 kap. 22 §.
