Arbetstagaren har rätt till lön och andra förmåner enligt 12-14 §§ så länge anställningen består.\n\nFörsta och andra styckena tillämpas inte för vikariat, om grunden för arbetstagarens yrkande bara är att arbetsgivarens syfte med anställningen varit att kringgå arbetstagarens rätt enligt 3 § andra stycket.
