SFS 2022:836"},"label":"1 §","heading":null,"chapter":null,"in_force_from":null,"in_force_until":null,"text":"Denna lag gäller arbetstagare i allmän eller enskild tjänst.\n\nFrån lagens tillämpning undantas dock\n\n1. arbetstagare som är anställda för arbete i arbetsgivarens hushåll, och\n\n2. arbetstagare som är anställda i gymnasial lärlingsanställning.\n\nBestämmelserna i 4-6 b, 6 f, 6 g, 7-20, 22-37, 39 och 40 §§ gäller inte för\n\n1. arbetstagare som med hänsyn till arbetsuppgifter och anställningsvillkor får anses ha företagsledande eller därmed jämförlig ställning,\n\n2. arbetstagare som tillhör arbetsgivarens familj, och\n\n3. arbetstagare som är anställda med särskilt anställningsstöd, i skyddat arbete eller med lönebidrag för utveckling i anställning.
