Detsamma gäller om konsumenten ska tillhandahålla sina personuppgifter, utom när konsumentens personuppgifter behandlas av näringsidkaren endast för att uppfylla rättsliga krav som gäller för denne eller för att tillhandahålla det digitala innehållet eller den digitala tjänsten.\n\nNär en del av ett avtal avser ett sådant tillhandahållande av ett digitalt innehåll eller en digital tjänst som avses i första stycket, gäller lagens bestämmelser om avtal om tillhandahållande av digitalt innehåll eller digitala tjänster för den delen av avtalet.
