SFS 2022:450"},"label":"24 §","heading":null,"chapter":null,"in_force_from":null,"in_force_until":null,"text":"Till böter döms en arbetsgivare som uppsåtligen eller av oaktsamhet\n\n1. utan att undantag eller avvikelser har gjorts enligt 3 eller 19 §, har anlitat en arbetstagare i strid mot 10 b, 12, 15 eller 16 § eller brutit mot 11 § eller mot föreskrifter som har meddelats med stöd av 11 §, eller\n\n2. har lämnat oriktiga uppgifter om förhållanden av vikt, när Arbetsmiljöverket har begärt upplysningar eller handlingar enligt 21 § första stycket.\n\nEn gärning som omfattas av ett föreläggande enligt 22 § ska inte medföra straffansvar enligt första stycket.
