Om det behövs för att säkerställa ställföreträdarens identitet eller behörighet att företräda bolaget, får Bolagsverket förelägga ställföreträdaren att inställa sig personligen. Bolagsverket får besluta att inställelsen ska ske genom ljud- och bildöverföring.
