Varer og tjenester til luftfartøy\n\n(1) Omsetning av nærmere bestemte varer og tjenester til bruk for luftfartøy til yrkesmessig luftfartsvirksomhet, er fritatt for merverdiavgift når luftfartøyet går i utenriks fart.\n\n(2) Departementet kan gi forskrift om hvilke varer og tjenester som omfattes av fritaket og om vilkår for fritak.
