I saker om trakassering og seksuell trakassering og på andre samfunnsområder enn nevnt i første punktum, gjelder ansvaret dersom den ansvarlige kan bebreides.\n\nErstatningen skal dekke økonomisk tap som følge av den ulovlige behandlingen.
