Innledende bestemmelse.\n\n(1) Dersom tingen ikke blir levert eller blir levert for seint, og dette ikke skyldes kjøperen eller forhold på hans side, kan han etter §§ 23 til 29 kreve oppfyllelse, heving og erstatning samt holde kjøpesummen tilbake etter § 42.
