En retshandel, som fuldmægtigen foretar i henhold til fuldmagten, blir i hvert fald bindende for fuldmagtsgiverens bo, hvis tredjemand ikke kjendte eller burde ha kjendt dødsfaldet og dets betydning for fuldmagten til at foreta retshandelen.
