Fullmakt fra generalforsamlingen\n\n(1) Selskapet kan bare erverve egne aksjer dersom generalforsamlingen med flertall som for vedtektsendring har gitt styret fullmakt til å foreta slike erverv.\n\n(2) Fullmakten skal gjelde for et bestemt tidsrom, som ikke kan være lenger enn to år.
