Konsernbidrag\n\n(1) Selskapet kan utdele konsernbidrag til annet konsernselskap, jf. skatteloven §§ 10-2 til 10-4. Som konsernselskap regnes også foretak som inngår i et konsern etter samvirkeloven § 5.\n\n(2) Bestemmelsene i §§ 8-1 til 8-4 gjelder tilsvarende for utdeling av konsernbidrag.
