Uttalelse om forenklet revisorkontroll\n\n(1) Revisor skal avgi skriftlig uttalelse om det som er avdekket gjennom den forenklede revisorkontrollen til tingretten. Uttalelsen skal settes opp i samsvar med god revisjonsskikk for slike uttalelser.\n\n(2) Retten innkaller generalforsamlingen til behandling av uttalelsen.
