Styreinstruks\n\n(1) I selskaper hvor de ansatte har representasjon i styret, skal styret fastsette en styreinstruks som gir nærmere regler om styrets arbeid og saksbehandling.\n\n(2) Instruksen skal blant annet inneholde regler om hvilke saker som skal styrebehandles og daglig leders arbeidsoppgaver og plikter overfor styret.
