Dom om ugyldighet\n\n(1) En dom som fastslår at en beslutning av generalforsamlingen er ugyldig, eller som endrer beslutningen, har virkning for alle som har rett til å reise søksmål etter § 5-22.\n\n(2) Dommen kan bare gå ut på endring av beslutningen dersom det nedlegges påstand om det, og retten kan fastslå det innhold beslutningen skulle ha hatt.\n\n(3) Er beslutningen meldt til Foretaksregisteret, skal dommen meldes og registreres der.
