Alminnelig flertallskrav\n\n(1) En beslutning av generalforsamlingen krever flertall av de avgitte stemmer, om ikke noe annet er bestemt i loven. Står stemmetallet likt, gjelder det som møtelederen slutter seg til, også når denne ikke har stemmerett.\n\n(2) Ved valg eller ansettelse anses den eller de valgt som får flest stemmer. Generalforsamlingen kan på forhånd bestemme at det skal holdes ny avstemning dersom ingen får flertall av de avgitte stemmer.
