Forslag i fusjonsplanen vedrørende utstedelse av aksjer i det overtakende selskapet mv\n\n(1) Fusjonsplanen skal også inneholde forslag til beslutning om kapitalforhøyelse og vedtektsendringer i det overtakende selskapet i henhold til reglene i § 10-21 eller § 10-3, jf § 10-17. Nye særlige bestemmelser om aksjeeiernes rettsstilling skal angis.\n\n(2) Ved fusjon ved stiftelse av nytt selskap skal planen i stedet inneholde forslag til stiftelsesdokument for det overtakende selskapet.
