Av särskild betydelse anser hovrätten dock vara att det krav som riktas mot S.N. grundar sig på att han har - såvitt framgår av handlingarna - medvetet underlåtit att betala in till staten skatter och avgifter till sammanlagt ett avsevärt belopp, enligt stämningsansökningen drygt 650 000 kr.
