Kostnadsräkningen skickades i rätt tid och form. Av utredningen framgår att A.D.M. i samband med överklagandet av migrationsdomstolens dom även sände in en kostnadsräkning avseende sitt arbete med överklagandet, men att kostnadsräkningen av misstag inte vidarebefordrades från migrationsdomstolen till Migrationsöver­domstol­en.
