Sedan beslutet överklagats särskilt med stöd av 49 kap. 7 § rättegångsbalken, har Arbetsdomstolen funnit att tingsrättens beslut medför att målet försenas i onödan. Arbetsdomstolen har därför undanröjt beslutet och visat målet åter till tingsrätten för fortsatt handläggning.",
