Arbetsdomstolen finner att den lokala överenskommelsen inte har haft någon giltighet i tiden efter den 31 mars 1998. Vidare finner domstolen att yrkesarbetarna därefter inte heller enligt sina enskilda anställningsavtal har varit berättigade till den förtjänstnivå som angavs i den tidigare gällande lokala överenskommelsen.",
